Booking Policy

Booking and Payment Confirmation Policy:

Confirmation of your Reservation will only be made upon deposit. full amount stipulated at the time of booking (in person, online by phone). After confirmation of payment, we will send you an invoice proving the authenticity of your booking. If a deposit is agreed, the remaining amount of the booking must be settled at the time of your check-in at Pousada Arigato.

 

After the reservation request is made, there will be a period of 15 days for the deposit and sending of the receipt by email ( arigato@pousadaarigato.com.br ) or WhatsApp (73) 98852-7973 , unless otherwise agreed. If the payment is not made, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without the need for any prior notice. At our Reception, we accept cash and debit/credit cards. We accept installments of 1 to 3x of R$500.00 to R$800.00. Above R$1,000.00, installments of up to 5x.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will only be effective when registered in writing, preferably by email ( arigato@pousadaarigato.com.br ) . For Excursions, Holidays and High Season, it is mandatory to inform your cancellation 20 days in advance. If the cancellation is not informed, the full amount will be charged.

Refund Policy:
In case of reimbursement, the amount refunded will be 90%, minus 10% of the establishment's blocking fee.

 

No-Show Cancellation Policy:

A “No-Show” is considered when the guest does not communicate in advance his/her “no-show”. We will consider the reservation canceled, without refund or possibility of credit.
